This page summarizes the key terms and framework conditions that apply to the use of the FinOrgan platform. It serves to clarify and avoid misunderstandings in the interpretation of services, liability, and responsibilities.
The following definitions apply to all contractual relationships between you and tenfourpay GmbH in connection with the use of the digital payment and budget management services. Deviating provisions in individual agreements take precedence.
The platform supports the planning and management of personal and business finances. It does not replace individual tax or legal advice. Decisions made based on the data provided are the sole responsibility of the user.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). All payment data is transmitted via a TLS-encrypted connection and stored on servers in the European Union.
The platform is operated with an average availability of 99.5% per calendar year. Maintenance work is generally carried out outside business hours and announced in good time.
We reserve the right to adjust these explanations as needed. We will inform you of significant changes by email or via a notification on the platform. Should a provision be invalid, the rest of the regulation remains unaffected.
