These terms govern the use of the FinOrgan platform, digital payment services, and budget management tools. By registering, you accept the following provisions.
FinOrgan provides a platform for financial organization, digital payment processing, and modern budget management. The specific functions depend on the selected tariff and are described in the respective scope of services. Individual customization is only carried out upon written agreement.
You undertake to keep your access data confidential and not to allow unauthorized third parties to access it. All data you enter must be correct and up to date. In the event of violations of these obligations, you are liable for any resulting damages, provided you are at fault.
FinOrgan is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior of our employees or legal representatives. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves a breach of cardinal obligations. In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
Both parties may terminate the usage agreement at any time with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month. In the event of serious breaches of duty, particularly misuse of payment functions or violation of legal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately block access.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use with a notice period of 30 days. The changes will be communicated to you by email or via the platform. If you do not object within 14 days of notification, the new terms are deemed accepted.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is the registered office of FinOrgan, provided you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law. Consumers may also sue at their place of residence.
